Nalu Temperature Alerts – Terms & Conditions

Program. Nalu Health Bar & Café ("Nalu," "we") operates the Nalu Temperature Alerts program, which sends automated text messages to Nalu's own managers and owners when a refrigerator or freezer at one of our restaurants goes outside safe food-storage temperature. The program is internal, not open to the public, and never used for marketing.

Eligibility and consent. Only current Nalu managers and owners responsible for food safety may take part. Participants give verbal consent to an owner, who adds their mobile number to our internal alert list. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency and cost. Messages are sent only when an alert occurs, so frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Opting out and help. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; you will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP, or email tomas@naluhealthbar.com, for help.

Participant responsibilities. You agree to provide a mobile number you own or are authorized to use, and to tell Nalu promptly if it changes or if you leave your role.

Carriers and delivery. Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text alerts supplement, and do not replace, the regular temperature checks required by our food-safety procedures.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The program is provided "as is." Nalu does not guarantee that every alert will be delivered or delivered on time and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for losses arising from missed or delayed messages.

Privacy. Your mobile number is used only for this program and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy at naluhealthbar.com/privacy-policy.

Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to receive alerts after a change means you accept the updated terms.
