General Info

  • Our merch can be purchased in store only and varies by location.

  • We do not, our seating is limited and first come first serve.

  • We have a dedicated gluten-free toaster for our My Fit Bread (gluten free) as well as gluten-free baked goods from ‘Ulu & Kalo Bakery. We offer the option to sub almond slivers for granola on our açaí bowls. Keep in mind these substitutions do have an added fee due to the price of the ingredients. Any of our bowls can be made without honey and most of our smoothies are vegan. Our avocado toast is vegan and can be made gluten free as well.

  • We love these islands and are committed to protecting them. We use plant-based packaging for all our takeout orders, partner with local organizations like the Kōkua Hawaiʻi Foundation for composting, and host community beach cleanups.

  • We source locally whenever possible while ensuring the highest quality. You can taste the freshness in our locally roasted coffee, fresh produce, and fresh-baked goods from local partners.

  • Please send us a direct message through Instagram or call the store you purchased from.

  • Unfortunately they cannot! They can only be used for in-store purchases

  • We do not offer delivery or catering. We do offer the option to order ahead and recommend this for any large orders.

  • Yes! We make it easy to skip the line. You can place your order online through our website for quick and convenient pickup at your favorite Nalu location.
