If you’ve come to Nalu and purchased a coffee, you’ve tried Kailua Town Coffee Roasters. We exclusively provide coffee from this small batch roaster located on the edge of Kailua and Kaneohe. Kailua Town Coffee Roasters source raw coffee beans from each Hawaiian island, and additionally source from South and Central America, as well as Indonesia.

They create a variety of different blends that range in roast from light to dark. The blend we select to serve to our customers is their Espresso Blend and their Decaf Coffee, but all of their blends are delicious.

It’s important to us to source as many local and organic ingredients as possible, yet still maintain quality control and realistic pricing so that we can keep our prices competitive, and our menu items dependable and delicious.  When seeking a coffee, it seemed like a no brainer to go local, since Hawaii is the only state to actually grow AND roast coffee!

We love working with their owner Patrick because he produces a superior product and we can always rely on him! We offer oat, almond, soy and regular milk options for our coffees, as well as different syrups from local producer Pono Potions- should you want to make it fancy.

One of our favorite offerings is our dirty chai- the perfect combo of spicy, sweet, and caffeine!
